CUSTOMER CARE
We hope that you will love your new dresses from Omar Mansoor. We understand however that on occasion you may want to exchange an item for a different size or that you may wish to return an order.
You may cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice by email within 7 working days of receiving your goods. You may also use the contact form.
Provided that the goods are received by us unused, in a perfect saleable condition, with all tags attached, we will refund the purchase price in full excluding the charges of delivery to you. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
Goods must be returned to Omar Mansoor within 7 working days from receipt of written notice.
We will not accept returns / exchanges or make refunds for non-faulty items which have been worn and/or where tags have been removed.

DELIVERY
Our delivery and packing charges per order are:
UK by Royal Mail or Collect + £9.00
Europe by Royal Mail £19.00
Rest of World by Royal Mail £29.00
Please note we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs or weather. Our dresses are custom made to order, delivery within the UK will take 10 days, 12 days within Europe and 15 days to the Rest of the World.
If for any reason the item is out of stock we will of course inform you immediately and we will give you an estimated delivery date.
For security reasons please make sure that the address provided is where you are most likely to be present to receive the goods. This will help ensure that the items you have ordered do not go missing.
Please be aware that you may be required to sign for delivery. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
For orders delivered outside the EU, customers are responsible for paying the Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately we cannot determine in advance what these fees will be.
In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
